'Meat'

This piece has narrative personal to me... the story helps in the building and detail.

As always, viewer, you are entitled to your own story.

The materials used to construct the piece are wire, a Baked Bean (or Peeled Plum Tomato) tin, paper, wax, soft plastic (thumb).and potato peeler blade... oooh, that's gotta smart!

'Praise Beef to God
(not the old, rubbish God... the new, improved one)'

The focus of the characters appears to be on the corned beef tin opening key... they're like that, they love their processed meats.

'Omaggio Al Dente'

Mostly ceramic teeth but for one.
I literally put (part of) myself into this piece of work.

'Time Keepers'

Exploring and reusing the internal workings of various watches; there are jewels in this piece somewhere...

'Discipline'

There is something comforting about revisiting and using items and objects I recognise from my past (in this case, an old cardboard- clad battery) and then to (mis)use that item to reflect an unfortunate tendency of human behaviour, in this case, torture.
